Someone who is passionate about TV & radio, who is a champion in buying & planning of both supports and who is eager to be involved in the evolution towards video & audio. - Have a profound knowledge of TV & radio, their ecosystems and related vendor policies.
- Have a supported & innovative vision, based on key facts and market evolutions.
- Make advanced tactical plans, recommendations, negotiations, buys and educated reports that lead to excellence.
- Implement digital transformation of both TV & radio in daily planning & trading.
- Feedback is understood to a deeper level, translated and challenged into a debriefing and discussed directly with the Touchpoints Expert Lead, Client Lead or client.
- Never execute blindly, but always operate by vision, analysis & KPI’s.
- Being closely involved in productivity measurement in order to perfectly deliver against campaigns objectives.
- Conduct a solid trading cycle with all stakeholders in mind.
- Take responsibility of investing our advertisers' money very seriously and handle these investments with an extreme care.
- Build on strong relationships with Client Leads, clients & vendors.

- You have 4 - 6 years’ experience in a similar function
- You ensure that intelligence is fed into plans & strategies
- You are a strong communicator, a natural trader, and a master in presentation skills
- You are led by both ambition and mission
- You are open & motivated to continuously adapt & learn
- You are an explorer of new technologies in a strong moving world
- You have a professional, mature, reactive & proactive mindset
- You are well organized in order to meet deadlines
- You are a champion in tools, dashboards & templates
- Able to identify & interpret actionable insights using data, able to present confidently to extremely senior clients and an ability to speak simply when explaining strategy.
