Sound Production Assistant

  • You have around 6 months to 2 years relevant experience in (audiovisual) production, administration and/or planning.
  • You can handle stress and short deadlines
  • You have an excellent feel for people
  • You can work successfully within a team, handling high volume workload. Camaraderie, collegiality and teamwork come first, always.
  • You are a problem solver and have an eagle eye for details.
  • You have great communication, planning and financial skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French. English is a plus.

  • Your project planning skills are amazing.
  • You are responsible for the planning and administration of our sound studio: you collect info from the agency’s account team, you translate their briefings into solid budget estimates and collect all necessary material for the recording sessions.
  • You contact voice actors and plan recording sessions.
  • You manage administrative work to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
  • You organize internal and external meetings and attend when needed.
  • You are untouchable on the basics, never assume anything and always triple check to maintain a high level of a quality.
