Internship - Production Assistant
In this function, you will support our Production Coordinator, Production Assistant and Producers with sound, film & content production, including planning and tracking deliveries. Your positive attitude will help getting things done on and off set. And of course, your strong communication and administrative skills are important factors in helping demonstrate suitability for this job. You will also be in contact with the many diverse, motivated, and fun-loving teams of Publicis Groupe to make great work all together.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This is our bucket list, but we will not be disappointed if we cannot tick all the boxes in the end. All our experts have different backgrounds, which help them shape their day-to-day, that will not be any different in your case.
- You support the Production Coordinator and Production Assistant in all the ongoing tasks.
- You help overseeing the producers’ planning and projects’ allocation.
- You help booking the best production talents (from casting to DOPs) and provide support in pre-production, in sound recording sessions and on shoots.
- You help supporting a flawless invoicing process: POs, quotes, invoicing follow-up – internally and externally.
